Feasibility study on behalf of the Santa Clara Pueblo for a proposed hotel and ancillary expansion at Santa Claran Hotel Casino (aka Big Rock Casino-Bowl) in Espanola, New Mexico.  Analysis included a hotel, sit-down restaurant and meeting and convention space, bowling alley, retail, and parking garage, as well as an expanded casino.

Also, preliminary market analysis for a proposed casino golf resort at the Pueblo’s existing Black Mesa Golf Club in Espanola, New Mexico.
