Casino and Resort Analysis for the Penobscot Nation and the Passamaquoddy Tribe
Feasibility study and economic impact analysis for Marnell Corrao Associates on behalf of the Penobscot Tribe and Passamaquoddy Tribe for a proposed $650 million casino resort complex in southern Maine.
The analysis included a casino, resort, golf course, spa, cinema, convention center and gas station/convenience store. Presentations included testimony before a State Legislative task force on gaming.
