Feasibility study and economic impact study on behalf of the Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Tribe of Chippewa Indians and the St. Croix Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin for a proposed casino resort development near Beloit, Wisconsin. 

Analysis included a casino, 500-unit hotel, convention center, food and beverage, retail, arcade, childcare and an indoor/outdoor waterpark.
